We offer precision laser cutting and etching using a high-powered 100W CO₂ laser with a 19x27” (500mm x 700mm) working area. Whether you're looking for one-off pieces or bulk production, we provide custom fabrication with high accuracy and often fast turnaround.

  • How Pricing Works

We keep it simple:

  • $20 Setup Fee per Material Sheet
    Every time a new material or sheet is loaded onto the laser bed, this fee covers alignment, calibration, and testing to ensure your project cuts cleanly.

  • $1 per Minute of Cutting or Etching Time
    Your total job cost is based on actual machine time.
    ⤷ The first 15 minutes per setup are included at no extra charge!

  • Design & File Prep Fee (if needed)
    If your files need adjustments, tracing, or are being created from scratch, a design fee will apply.
    ⤷ Billed at $20/hour or quoted per project, depending on complexity. We'll always confirm this with you before we start.

  • Have Your Own Materials?

You're welcome to provide your own sheets or items! Just be sure to check with us first to ensure your material is laser-safe.

Need help prepping your files?
We accept vector files in formats like SVG, AI, DXF, and PDF.
We also can etch JPG & PNG Files.

Materials We Can Work With…

Cut & Etch:

  • Acrylic (opaque, translucent, mirrored, etc.)

  • Wood (birch, plywood, MDF, hardwoods)

  • Paper & Cardstock

  • Leather & Faux Leather

  • EVA Foam

  • Certain Fabrics (non-PVC)

Etch Only:

  • Painted/Anodized Aluminum (surface only)

  • Glass (coated or treated for better contrast)

  • Slate & Tile

Materials We Do Not Cut or Etch:

  • Bare Metals (steel, aluminum, etc. – unless coated)

  • Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) – releases toxic gases

  • Carbon Fiber (unless specified safe for lasers)

  • Polycarbonate (clouds/melts instead of clean cuts)

  • Reflective surfaces without coating (mirror-polished metals)

Our vinyl cutter can handle:

  • Virtually unlimited length (as long as the material roll allows)

We work with a variety of vinyl types and finishes, including glossy, matte, metallic, holographic, and heat transfer vinyl (HTV).How Pricing Works

Pricing

  • $20 Setup Fee per Vinyl Type or Color
    Covers material loading, blade calibration, and test cuts for each roll or color change.

  • Flat Rate: $10 per Linear Foot
    Includes cutting, weeding, and transfer tape.
    Simple, clean designs only — no multilayer or multi-color alignment.

  • Project-Based Pricing Available
    Have a unique request or bulk order? We're happy to provide a custom quote.

  • Design & File Prep: $20/hour (if needed)
    If you need help with file cleanup, vector conversion, or layout adjustments, we’ll always confirm design time before billing.
